At St Paulus we believe in the value of encouraging children to read, and our well-stocked, modern library is an active space in our school. Students can visit us for a relaxing read, to take out books, or do computer research, under the guidance of our Media Centre Specialist.

All children from Grade R to Grade 7 visit the Media Centre at least once a week. With over 12 000 of the latest in fiction and non-fiction books, we also boast an dedicated Afrikaans section – ‘Lag Leer en Lees in Afrikaans’.

The ‘Book-n-Bean’ coffee shop is available for our Grade 7 pupils to socialise and to access age-appropriate periodicals and literature.
